Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Environment Leader to join our innovative Enterprise Engineering team.
* This role involves leading the delivery of complex technology environments in a modern DevOps culture.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technology environment delivery end to end, including design, build, test, implementation, adoption and transition to support.
* They will also work with multiple technology teams to define and implement an end-to-end environment strategy that meets testing, change enablement and risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establishing User Access Management designs, plans and processes for involved teams and people across non-production and production.
2. Coordinating regular technology and data refresh updates, including managing multiple end-to-end pipelines in parallel to support multiple testing streams running in parallel.
3. Maintaining environment monitoring to ensure high availability and avoid impacting program delivery schedules.
4. Developing technology operating models for environment management, including owning & monitoring service levels and processes across non-production and production.
5. Designing Service Recovery plans and defining strategies for environment testing to meet disaster recovery objectives.
6. E nsuring IT compliance and responding to audit and assurance requirements.
7. Facilitating technology environment delivery inputs to program plans and establishing quarterly and annual plans for environment delivery.
8. Publishing environment delivery objectives for visibility and transparency.
