Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
About the Role:
The North West Regional Hospital is seeking dedicated and suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join their team. The Registered Nurse will strengthen health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in an ICU setting
- Ventilator (Draeger) and CRRT (Prismaflex) experience
- Paediatric experience and postgraduate certification (highly desirable)
