What You Will Be Doing
Design and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Guide user stories from concept to production; clarify requirements, architect scalable solutions, implement backend and frontend code, conduct thorough testing, and release to production
Identify and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues via root cause analysis, address underlying problems (not just surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing
Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt at its source

Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backends as ends in themselves
Implementing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
