Aspire Early Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Kindergarten Teacher to join our Kennington Centre in Bendigo. This position is a Full-time opportunity working in our funded 3 year old room.
This role is ideal for a confident, reflective and relational Early Childhood Teacher who demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge, compliance awareness, and the ability to lead a high-quality funded kindergarten program while building genuine partnerships with children, families, and educators.

The Opportunity
* Lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based funded kindergarten program
* Work within the 3 year old kindergarten room
* Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the EYLF and Aspire's Connect, Learn, Grow framework
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation
* Work collaboratively with Centre Leadership and the wider educator team
* Support inclusive practices and positive behaviour guidance strategies
* Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days
About You
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
* Current VIT registration (provisional or full) – essential
* Experience delivering funded kindergarten programs
* Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
* Confident, reflective and relational teaching style
* Warm, professional communicator with a team-focused approach
* Flexible availability across a rotating roster
* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
