**Essential Requirements**:
- Gardening skills or a strong interest in gardening are required;
- Fantastic customer service skills;
- Providing support and guidance to volunteers of varying skills and abilities;
- A team player;
- Good communication skills are written, interpersonal and verbal;
- Basic computer and paperwork skills;
- A safety-first approach to ensure safety and wellbeing of yourself, clients, and the team;
- Willing and able to keep up with the demands of the physical demands of a gardening role;
- A Certificate in Horticulture or similar would be an advantage but not essential;
- Current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions (restrictions include L, P, or E plates and international drivers licenses);
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to apply;
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to complete).
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
