Due to our client's success, we are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team. This is a site-based position on a 2:1 roster.

This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a strong safety culture across the project, which is a greenfield development. Experience in tunnels, concrete, precast, piling, earthworks, and access roads is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and lead audits, site inspections, and control assessments to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
* Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring thorough reviews.
* Develop and implement health, safety, and emergency management strategies aligned with client specifications.
* Facilitate risk assessment workshops and contribute to construction method statements.
* Provide expert advice on legislative requirements and best practices in health and safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
* Experience developing and managing health and safety policies and systems.
* Experience with greenfield projects, precast walls, earthworks, and access roads.
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record in risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
