Store Leadership Role

* Live and work in remote Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee product ordering, visual merchandising and sales performance.
* Manage store budgets, reporting and team supervision.
* Lead, train and develop a diverse team including local Indigenous employees.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food safety regulations and licensing requirements.
* Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
* Foster strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.
* Promote healthy living and culturally aware retail practices.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in retail, grocery or supermarket management.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
* Solid understanding of financials, stock control and compliance.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A calm, adaptable and community-minded approach.
* Cultural awareness and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
* Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain a National Police Check.
