YOUR NEW ROLEAs the valued RIGHT HAND to a top calibre common law personal injury lawyer with 20 yrs experience, you will love actively assisting in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their common law claims ( CTP/motor vehicle accidents, public liability, work injury damages).
Specifically, you will be interacting with clients, solicitors/barristers/doctors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, diary management/making appointments, filing/administration.

WHO YOU AREWe are interested in hearing from you if you: are an experienced legal secretary or paralegal/law clerk with minimum 2 years or MORE (up to very senior 10-20+ yrs) hands-on personal injury law experience assisting solicitors with day -to-day case management; have had some experience in at least 2 or more of:
1) CTP
2) work injury damages
