Team Somerset has a Crew Leader /Mower Operator position available within the Parks and Gardens section of Council. As Crew Leader / Mower Operator you will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of your work crew.
To be successful in the role, you will require:
* Experience in supervising, supporting and leading a work team
* Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
* Ability to plan, prioritise and delegate work, ensuring deadlines are met
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
