Role Description
This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Receptionist based in our Croydon Park, SA office. The Receptionist will perform various administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming patients, and managing front desk operations. They will also ensure excellent customer service, assist with patient inquiries and maintain accurate records to support the smooth operation of the practice.
Qualifications
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, such as managing phone calls and greeting patients professionally
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including appointment scheduling, maintaining records, and handling office equipment
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with patients and staff
* Attention to detail and an organized approach to multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is advantageous
* Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare management software is a plus
* Has knowledge on how to use Best Practice.
