Front Office Team Leader Role
We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Team Leader to join our team.
* The role involves leading a small team of genuine individuals who strive to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each guest.
Key responsibilities include managing the front office, including team supervision, training, rostering, and development of front office procedures and processes.
* Ensure the front office provides a high level of guest experience at check-in, check-out, and during stay.
* Develop new initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
* Identify new sales leads and encourage the team to do the same.
* Manage emergency situations in a safe and professional manner.
* Build strong relationships with teammates and guests.
* Collaborate with the Hotel Manager on higher-level hotel management and administrative tasks.
