About the Role
The purpose of the Customer Service and Support Officer role is to strengthen Housing Industry Association (HIA) by providing sales, service, and support activities to members, customers, stakeholders, and partners in Queensland (Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers).
Key Responsibilities
* Membership sales and retention, including canvasing and promoting HIA products and services.
* Processing new applications, maintaining membership database, and supporting membership growth.
* Supporting HIA's stationery sales and promotional activities, managing stock levels, and entering sales into CRM.
* Providing regional service support, including inbound calls, office administration, and supporting events.
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to support sales and service targets, procure new business, and negotiate effectively.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Proficient with MS Office and adaptable to business needs.
