* 12 Hours Shifts - Day/Night Shifts Available
* Attractive Pay Rate - $45 an hour + night shift allowance + super

Australian manufacturer and global leader in engineered conveyor solutions, that delivers valuable materials handling solutions to high-profile clients in the mining and industrial sectors.
The Role;
* Operate rubber compound mixing equipment, including the Mixer, Convex Extruder, and automated palletising systems.
* Run the automatic chemical weighing and bagging system.
* Perform forklift operations for handling, storing, and preparing raw materials and finished products.
* Conduct daily inspections of machinery safety systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and product quality.
* Work in compliance with environmental management standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation around machinery and work areas.
Shifts;- Monday to Thursday Rotating Roster
- 5AM to 5PM
- 5PM to 5AM
- Must have Full Australian Working Rights.
Required skills & attributes:
* Previous experience as a Machine Operator
* Must be available 7 days a week, open to work 12 hours shifts
* Available for both DAY & NIGHT Shifts
* Must have own Car & Licence
* Must be clean shaven, or willing to shave, as certain factory areas require properly fitted respiratory masks.
* Forklift Licence is advantageous
* Willing to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
* Previous experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated experience operating plant and machinery.
* Must be able to work unsupervised and use initiative
* High focus on quality, accuracy and productivity
* Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and commitment to work
