* Ensure compliance with accounting policies by reviewing and implementing financial controls.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce manual effort.
* Apply expertise in financial systems, such as Excel, SAP, BPC, and SQL, GCP, or Tableau, to achieve accounting objectives.
Requirements
* A finance-related degree with CA or CPA qualification.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Strong business partnering skills, effective communication, and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in driving process improvements.
* Experience working with financial systems and tools.
