About the roleA need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service / Counter Sales Representative to join their small but happy team.
Responsibilities
Serving customers over the counter
Answering incoming enquiries regarding stock availability, deliveries and pricing
Providing quotes to customers via phone or email
Making a couple of outbound calls a day to existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
Inputting sales orders
Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery expectations are met
Analysis of stock availability using system reports.
Maintenance of customer information regarding orders held in the system
Skills & experience
Previous customer service / counter sales experience within the signwriting, print or labels industry
Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
Above average computer literacy with excellent attention to detail
Reliable and honest and is someone that can own their mistakes
Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
