About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Installing, supporting & maintaining ICT Infrastructure;
* Ensuring that all Incidents, Service Requests & enquiries are logged in the ticketing system;
* Working to SLAs & ensuring customer expectations are managed;
* Performing second level Support analysis, troubleshooting & attempt to fix-on-first, before escalation;
* Routine maintenance of all PCs, laptops, printers etc;
* Researching & preparing reports on ad-hoc topics as instructed.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

* 3 years' experience in L2 & Systems Administration;
* Demonstrated experience in supporting & administering Microsoft infrastructure (Windows AD, Windows Server, ADFS, Distributed File Services, SQL Servers, Remote Desktop Servers, System Centre services, Office 365);
* Excellent customer service & communication skills;
* Experience in ITIL Service, Change and Incident Management processes;
* Experience with PC hardware set-up and configuration;
* Office 365;
* Azure AD;
* Intune (would also consider SCCM);
* Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure);
* On-prem hardware (Servers, switching, routing);
* Good General Networking (Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure (Layer 2 Switching) & Palo Alto).

Advantageous Skills

Additional advantageous skills include:

* Citrix and virtual technologies;
* VoIP and mobile telephony;
* Zoom, Adobe suite, IP/Cloud telephony (New Voice Media);
* Experience supporting Apple hardware, MacOS set-up & configuration, JAMF;
* ITIL foundation qualifications preferred.
