Overview
Civil / Carpentry Supervisor – Schedule 26 (FIFO 8:6). We are seeking an experienced Civil / Carpentry Supervisor with Schedule 26 appointment to join a major construction project at Area C, working an 8:6 FIFO roster ex-Perth. This is a hands-on supervisory role on a live project currently underway, with works scheduled through to early June and strong potential for follow-on scopes.

About the Role:
You will oversee civil and carpentry-related construction activities associated with the installation and fit-out of transportable modules and associated services. The role requires close coordination with multiple trades, contractors and technical teams to ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on schedule, under Schedule 26 requirements.
* FIFO 8:6 roster
* Fly in / out of Perth
* Casual rate: $75–$80 per hour
* Schedule 26 appointed (DMIRS exams completed)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site activities in accordance with Schedule 26 Construction Supervisor obligations
* Coordinate ground preparation and excavation works with the civil team
* Supervise delivery, placement and securing of transportable modules
* Oversee carpentry works including installation of external shading devices
* Coordinate and manage multiple trade interfaces, including:
* Electrical connections to DB board from Power Kiosk
* Plumbing works for potable water, waste and hot water generation
* Earthing, grounding and cathodic protection systems
* Fire services including hose reels and fire system connections
* HVAC installation including DOAS pre-conditioning units and dust collection systems
* AV and communications installations
* Internal fit-out works including desks and furniture
* Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety inspections
* Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and site standards
* Liaise with subcontractors, technical specialists and client representatives
* Complete daily reports, progress updates and basic site documentation
What You'll Bring:
* DMIRS exams completed
* Strong background in construction, carpentry and modular builds
* FIFO supervisory experience on mining or industrial sites
* Proven ability to coordinate multi-trade construction activities
* High standard of safety leadership and documentation
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scopes
* Strong communication and practical leadership skills
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and relevant site tickets
