Your new companyA well‐established organisation within the manufacturing and engineering sector is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to support the delivery, monitoring and continual improvement of their Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems. This is a full‐time, site‐based role located in Roma, working standard business hours Monday to Friday.Your new roleYou will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organisation's QHSE Management Systems in line with ISO and API requirements. Working closely with the Head of QHSE Systems, you'll ensure documentation, processes and compliance activities remain current, effective and aligned with industry standards.
What you'll need to succeedImplement and maintain QHSE requirements in line with API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Prepare, review and update QHSE documentation, ensuring all procedures, forms and records are current and controlled.Manage document control processes, including revision control and maintenance of external standards and and follow up on non‐conformances, corrective actions and improvement initiatives to ensure timely closure.Conduct workplace inspections, safety walks, hazard identification and incident internal audits, supplier audits and compliance activities, including reviewing supplier quality and maintain risk assessments, risk management processes and WHS compliance requirements.Coordinate QHSE meetings, toolbox talks, inductions and communication activities.Maintain accurate QHSE data, reports and records, including incident statistics and workers' compensation rehabilitation and return‐to‐work activities in line with company and legislative requirements.What you'll get in returnYou'll step into a hands‐on QHSE role with real influence, joining a team in a growing organisation with a strong operational footprint.
