CommBank's Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Strategy and Performance (S&P) team is looking for a Content Producer to join our FCO Change, Capability, Communications and Culture portfolio, responsible design, production and implementation of content that drives performance, quality, capability and engagement.
Financial Crime Operations (FCO) is a team of 2000+ Operations Professionals and leads the Group's approach to managing Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Sanctions risks and obligations through the provision of operational services across the Customer Lifecycle. This includes Onboarding and KYC, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD), Ongoing Due Diligence including Transaction Monitoring (TM), Customer and Payment Screening and periodic KYC Refresh.
The Strategy & Performance function is an enablement function supporting Financial Crime Operations to meet the performance and quality objectives set by the Group. S&P work in partnership with the FCO operational teams to set the strategic direction, define performance targets and operating model as well as provide core enablement functions including; governance, workforce optimisation, performance insights, strategic initiatives, change management, capability, communications, etc.

We are looking for a creative and innovative content producer to support our capability and knowledge functions.
The Content Producer role is focused on the creation, curation and distribution of helpful, relevant content to a range of FCO audiences.
You will report to the Senior Communications Manager and work closely with subject matter experts across FCO and QA, Capability, Knowledge Management and the business to evolve the way we deliver and drive content, which makes our people perform optimally and with confidence.
Your responsibilities:
* Editorial strategy: Plan, prioritise, and produce key stories and content aligned to business and capability priorities. Help drive editorial meetings and make decisions on SME needs and allocation and delivery plans.
* Editorial creation: Plan and produce informative knowledge and content on relevant topics.
* Training and counsel: Support a broader skill capability build with our Change, Capability, Culture and Communications function, so these functions can leverage best practice.
* Risk management: Role model risk culture.
Your skills and experience:
* Outstanding storytelling skills across text and multi-media, with an ability to adjust style and tone for different audiences.
* Demonstrated success working in fast-paced content production
* Proven ability to engage and build digital audiences
* Ability to translate complex knowledge and issues into compelling content for different stakeholders.
* Proficiency in video editing, photography, and related multimedia and visual content creation skills, as well as website analytics platforms, is an advantage.
* Comprehensive experience working with AI tools, and a willingness to develop these capabilities to benefit audience outcomes.
* Strong business acumen, understanding of the banking and financial services sector and large-scale operational teams is preferred.
* Proven ability to proactively identify, understand, discuss, and act on current and future risks.
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Economics, Business/Commerce, Journalism or similar.
