* Assist with tender submissions and coordination, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
* Liaise with suppliers and clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
* Manage meeting rooms, supplies, catering, and facilities, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
* Support internal communication, events, and onboarding, promoting a positive company culture and fostering collaboration among team members.
