About the Role
Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, you will lead strategies to acquire, retain, and uplift donors while nurturing relationships with supporters. You'll combine creative campaign development with strategic pipeline management to drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver donor journeys and campaigns for mid-value and planned giving supporters.
* Manage the end to end pipeline: acquisition, cultivation, stewardship, and recognition.
* Lead the bequest program, including promotion, prospect identification, and administration of realised gifts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with broader fundraising objectives.
* Represent MacKillop at donor events and activities that inspire giving.
What We're Looking For
* 3–4 years' fundraising experience, ideally in individual giving or planned giving.
* Proven project and campaign management skills.
* A natural communicator and relationship builder.
* Creative and innovative thinker
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret donor data.
* Knowledge of fundraising principles and donor stewardship.
* Familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT (desirable).
