**The Role**
Supporting an existing team of development professionals, your role will be to assist with the management of assigned large format retail and neighbourhood shopping centre projects, ensuring timelines are maintained for the delivery of planning and project delivery milestones. This will include:
- Coordinate leasing activities with internal asset management team, ensuring project delivery will meet tenant requirements
- Manage ongoing project feasibility
- Take ownership of individual assigned projects under the direction of the Development Director and other members of the development team.
- Manage the cost inputs for project feasibility models and prepare monthly reports on project status.
- Assist in the coordination of planning approvals, design review and documentation, management of consultant teams and ensuring delivery of projects is in line with lease agreement requirements.

**Your Background**
Ideally you will have:
- Well-developed exposure to the town planning process in greenfield or growth corridor locations.
- Strong project management skills, ideally having managed the delivery large format retail projects in the past.
- Previously managed and coordinated consultant activities, particularly the interface between various parties.
- An appreciation for both built form and infrastructure requirements for project delivery in an industrial or large format retail setting.
