What You'll Be Doing:
Depending on your strengths, you could focus solely on portfolio management or combine it with business development. Either way, your key responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Managing your own portfolio with autonomy and support
• Coordinating leasing, inspections, and maintenance
• Identifying growth opportunities within the portfolio
• (Optional) Actively prospecting and securing new managements
You'll Bring:
• A passion for real estate and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset and confidence in using technology
• Previous experience in real estate or customer-facing roles
• A current Property Representative Licence or Certificate IV (or be working toward it)
