Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People & Culture team in a newly created role that will play a key part in supporting organisational growth and workforce capability across Australia.
About the Role This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a flexible hybrid work model, combining time between a Gold Coast office and your home office. Ideally, you'll be based within easy access of the Gold Coast, with regular travel to Victoria and North Queensland required.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles while helping to shape and deliver the organisation's talent acquisition strategy.
This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional recruitment and become a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights, workforce planning support and innovative attraction strategies that help secure exceptional talent.
Partnering with leaders to understand workforce planning and resourcing needs
Developing proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of positionsBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
Providing market intelligence and recruitment advice
Strengthening employer branding and attraction initiatives
Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and reporting
About You You are a proactive and commercially minded talent acquisition professional who enjoys influencing stakeholders and delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across varied role portfolios
Strong sourcing capability and success filling hard-to-find or business-critical positions
Experience partnering with leaders and providing strategic recruitment advice
Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, assessment methodologies and sourcing techniques
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a broader People & Culture team
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
