We're seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team at the Caledonian Inn. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial cookery, a love for coastal cuisine, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. You will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our region and support our reputation for culinary excellence.

* Train and mentor junior staff as required.
* Support stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration tasks.
Task & Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
* Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Creativity, initiative, and a passion for local and seasonal food.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
