About the Role
The Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist at Seymour Health is responsible for the provision of pharmacy services across the facility. This role ensures excellence in patient care, evidence-based practice, and continuous service improvement and risk management. Tasks include delivering clinical and operational pharmacy services, supporting medication safety, and contributing to the Antimicrobial Stewardship program with a dedicated FTE of 0.2. The pharmacist will collaborate with senior pharmacists to develop and implement the Medication Safety Program. Flexibility in working hours is required, including after‐hours and public holiday duties. Compliance with mandatory training as per NH policy is mandatory. This fixed‐term, part‐time position runs until May 2027 (32 hours per fortnight until October 2026, then 24 hours per fortnight until May 2027) with the possibility of extension.

* Experience and good working knowledge of hospital pharmacy practice
* Proven ability to work as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
