Gaming Attendant | Dog and Parrot Tavern
Dog and Parrot Tavern is seeking an energetic and professional Gaming Attendant to join our team! We are looking for a reliable individual (18+) who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast‐paced gaming environment.
To be successful, you must hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications and demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming practices. We require exceptional availability, specifically for a rotating roster that includes days, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our guests won't forget.
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About you
* Great with people, detail, and communication, and motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates.
* Team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings, and weekends.
* Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
* Be yourself and come as you are.
Inherent requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
