We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide advanced clinical leadership within the Child and Youth Mental Health Service Acute Response Team, delivering specialist mental health care across emergency and community settings.
* Provide advanced clinical expertise and consultancy in child and youth mental health assessment and care.
* Lead and support high standards of safe, quality care through clinical leadership, governance, and best practice nursing standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support service delivery, workforce development, and continuous improvement in mental health care.
About you:
You are a skilled and confident mental health professional who brings strong clinical judgement, leadership capability, and a commitment to high-quality care for children, young people, and their families.
* Extensive experience in mental health nursing, ideally within child and youth mental health services.
* Demonstrated ability to provide advanced clinical leadership and operate autonomously within complex clinical environments.
* Strong decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
* Commitment to clinical governance, education, research, and the ongoing development of high-performing healthcare teams.
