We are currently looking for a Luxury Jewellery Assistant to join us at our recently moved Bondi Junction store in a Full-Time capacity.
About the role
* This position is a Retail based role, in our jewellery department of our luxury store, where you will be known as a Jewellery Assistant.
* You will be responsible for driving sales of jewellery and high-end designer brands.
* You will accurately perform day-to-day transactions in the jewellery department.
* Ensure that KPI targets for your department are met by researching pricing and features of the luxury and designer items.
* Create and maintain relationships with both new and existing loyal customers; and
* Work closely with all departments across the store.
About you
* You'll have previous luxury retail experience in a customer service role selling and merchandising high-end jewellery, fashion and/or designer goods.
* The ability to engage customers through vast product knowledge of luxury and designer items.
* Strong communication skills that build rapport, trust and demonstrate compassion.
* Be well versed with jewellery and designer brands, including a long list of international brands.
* Confidently able to negotiate with our devoted customers for a win/win outcome; and
* Enjoy getting creative and putting your visionary excellence into merchandising store displays and hot zones.
