Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated high level of experience in customer service
* Previous experience in visitor engagement, sales and service duties within a fast-paced environment
* Ability to provide high quality service, information and guidance to a diverse range of visitors including nonEnglish speaking visitors.
* Experience in system use, point of sale, ticketing systems and cash handling and use of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proven ability to follow directions, de-escalate and resolve conflict and multi-task and prioritise in a diverse environment
* Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills
