The Company
Our client is expanding their Service Desk Team and is currently looking to add a First and Second Line Service Desk Officer to their service desk team on a 8-month contract basis.
The Role
You will be the core contact dealing with level 1 and 2 support queries over the phone and via email. This role is customer focused and would ideally suit a service desk technician who has over 12 months experience providing 1st line support.
Your Skills
* Providing Level 1 and 2 ICT support.
* Configure, Install, and test and monitor ICT network equipment, software, servers, and other infrastructure.
* Resolve problems with ICT network and infrastructure.
* Manage and report incidents and requests using the IT Help Desk system
* Liaise with equipment and suppliers to resolve issues.
* Office 365 experience preferable
