We are looking for a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at our Fitness Factory Health Clubs.
Are you a committed and passionate health and fitness trainer? Someone who can lead the way in our Functional Fitness Classes in our Prospect and Lightsview locations. Your efforts and commitment to world class experiences would directly relate to the growth of membership sales whilst maintaining a strong community feel.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Group Fitness Instructor to run our classes. Someone who thrives on making a difference in members lives. This role requires someone who can inspire, engage, and help members get the most out of their fitness journey, all while fostering a supportive and upbeat community atmosphere in our clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes, ensuring members receive a fantastic experience every time
* Monitor and correct technique, ensuring safe and effective delivery of each class
* Create and maintain a motivating environment in the gym and build positive relationships with members
* Assist with community events and fitness challenges
* Provide support and guidance to the Fitness Factory members
* Support our marketing initiatives, including promoting events and engaging on social media
* Maintain a clean and organised gym environment
What We're Looking For:
* Certificate IV in Fitness or higher
* Current First Aid certification
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage others
* A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for health and fitness
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
* Must be available Saturday mornings
