What is your role? You will collaborate with structural engineers and the broader design team to produce coordinated BIM models and detailed documentation across all project stages. Using Revit, you will model structural systems including reinforced concrete, steel framing, precast elements, and other load-bearing systems.
You will support project delivery from concept to construction, ensuring model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM standards. Your role will also include implementing and maintaining BIM workflows, contributing to digital coordination, supporting clash detection processes, and helping to improve digital delivery outcomes across projects.

About You
* Experience: 7+ years as a Structural BIM Designer/drafter.
* Technical skills: High level of proficiency in Revit and basic use of AutoCAD is essential; Experience working in ACC environment, previous experience with BIM Coordination tools such as Revizto and/or ACC Model Coordination will be highly regarded.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian Standards and experience documenting various types of construction incl: steel, concrete, precast, shoring & reinforcement. Some level of understanding of construction and engineering concepts would be highly regarded.
* Attention to detail: A strong eye for documentation quality, design intent, and model integrity.
* Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work closely with engineers, architects, and clients.
* Proactive Project Delivery: A problem solver, seek out required information and offer solutions to support smooth effective project delivery.
