About the Role
You will be responsible for a wide range of electrical work across residential, commercial, solar and maintenance projects. The position offers stability, an exciting supportive small team and opportunities to grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and fault‑finding
* Work across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments
* Maintain strict WH&S compliance and contribute to a safe work culture
* Complete job notes, documentation, and workflows using the Simpro software platform
* Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members
* Uphold Duncon Electrical's quality, safety, and customer service standards

What You Need
* Fully qualified and licensed Electrician (A‑Grade)
* Strong commitment to WH&S and safe work practices
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
* Current Driver's License
* Must have own tools
* Must have own vehicle
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Australian work authorisation required for this position
