About the Role
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to small businesses by joining our dynamic and proactive unit.
Work closely with Specialists to drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth in a portfolio of 300-350 customers with lending needs less than $1 million.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service & Enquiry Management: Assist in developing strategies and ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth processing of transactions.
* Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date customer records through regular audits and system updates.
* Business Development: Contribute to growth by identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation and conversion efforts.
