We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our fertiliZer operations team at our Wetherill Park site. About the Role This is a hands-on role operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts in a busy warehouse environment. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of fertilizer products while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks and containers Pick, pack, and store fertilizer products accurately Conduct daily forklift safety checks Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures About You Valid forklift licence (LF) – high reach and counterbalance experience essential Previous experience in warehouse or fertiliser/agricultural operations preferred Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay rate of $36.49 per hour Stable morning shift: 6:30AM – 2:30PM Supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a well-established and respected agricultural company Ongoing training and development Apply now to join Nutrien Ag Solutions and be part of a team supporting Australian agriculture.
