Lavish Day Spa at Lasseters is seeking experienced and highly professional Massage Therapists to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will deliver high-quality body and massage treatments while providing personalised, warm, and professional service to every guest. You will uphold Lavish Day Spa standards, maintain strong product and treatment knowledge, and play an essential role in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform all beauty, body, and massage treatments to the highest professional standard
* Communicate clearly with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
* Maintain strong knowledge of all Babor skincare products and stay updated with new treatments
* Ensure spa rooms and equipment are clean, prepared, and presented at all times
* Promote appropriate retail products to assist guests and support retail sales
* Respond professionally to all guest enquiries and treatment questions
* Uphold exceptional grooming, presentation, and customer service standards

Qualifications & Experience
* A formal Massage Therapy qualification, AQF Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice, OR
* AQF Diploma of Remedial Massage OR
* At least 3 years of relevant full-time experience
* Proven experience delivering professional massage treatments
* Strong knowledge of body, remedial, relaxation, or therapeutic techniques
* Excellent customer service and presentation skills
* Ability to promote spa products and services
