The Role
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you'll make a real difference in the daily lives of clients. Working in home-based settings, you'll support people with complex needs across afternoon, active night, and sleepover shifts.

What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support - or relevant hands-on experience
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
* Valid Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
* Clear communication skills, a calm professional approach and genuine compassion.
