Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive ceramic education programs for various skill levels;
* Design and deliver engaging workshops, masterclasses, and classes for professional potters and beginners alike;
* Liaise with workshop staff to maintain facilities and equipment for optimal learning experiences;
* Maintain staff professional development records and support their growth;
* Identify and pursue grant opportunities to enhance the education and artists' programs.
Critical Skills and Experience:
* A strong background in ceramics as an artist, educator, or curator;
* Experience in education program design, delivery, or project management;
* Demonstrated management experience with diverse teams and stakeholders;
* Familiarity with access and equity principles, including NDIS-eligible education (desired);
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, arts administration, or curatorial studies (desired).
