Our mission is to enhance patient outcomes through innovative products and exceptional service!We’re seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth for Diagnostic Capital Equipment and Imaging products in the assigned territory. This role involves seeking new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, refining sales processes with the Commercial Strategy Manager, and collaborating with the Business Manager to meet sales targets.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, communicative, and experienced in the Radiology and Healthcare industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business and increase revenue in capital equipment and imaging products.Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, universities, and research institutions.Manage the tender process, ensuring accurate quotes and compliance with business requirements.Track and maintain an active sales pipeline while providing regular updates on forecasts and market trends.Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet customer needs.Provide product presentations and ensure a smooth after-sales service experience.About YouProven experience in sales or account management, ideally with capital equipment or technical products.Previous experience in driving commercial outcomes in the healthcare/research sector, and ideally with Capital Equipment sales and technical experience.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working across departments and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with change management is a bonus.Why Join Us?Competitive remuneration and career development opportunities.A collaborative, supportive work environment.Primarily based in VIC but will include interstate travel.Flexibility and growth across the Paragon Care Group.Ready to drive innovation in healthcare?
