This newly created Account Manager – Workforce role is pivotal to our success and has plenty of opportunity to make your mark! You'll be the face of SSH Group, owning key client relationships and ensuring our workforce is always moving with roles filled, workers redeployed, and sites fully supported.
You'll focus on strong on-the-ground relationships, smart workforce planning, and growing the value of existing accounts through consistent, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationships: Own and grow key civil and mining client relationships, becoming their trusted workforce partner
* Pipeline Management: Stay ahead of demand by actively managing pipeline and keeping roles moving
* Workforce Delivery: Deliver fast, consistent workforce outcomes to ensure sites are always supported
* Account Growth: Spot opportunities to grow accounts through stronger engagement and service delivery
* Operations & Escalation: Take ownership of issues and escalations, resolving quickly to protect relationships and delivery
* Team Leadership & Support: Lead and support a small internal team by prioritising workload, providing clear day-to-day guidance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all client accounts and sites.
* Commercial Performance: Support commercial outcomes through reporting, insights, and rate discussions
* Workforce Planning & Compliance: Maintain clear workforce visibility and ensure compliance, planning, and systems are always up to date

What You'll Bring!
* 3 years' experience in account management, client relationships, or workforce-focused roles within labour hire, civil, or resources
* Strong experience managing ongoing client partnerships
* Exposure to FIFO or site-based workforces in WA is highly valued
* Confidence working with rates, workforce planning, or client reporting
* Experience with CRM's and workforce management systems, highly desirable Astute, JobAdder, HubSpot
