You will join the Talent Specialist Team (TST) - a centre of excellence within EY that manages all employment relations matters in Oceania.
You will manage a case load ensuring you deliver consistent, best practice, and commercially sound employee relations advice. You will work with a highly collaborative and agile team with extensive and vast knowledge and experience. No one day is the same and you will continually be challenged to think outside the box and build a growth mindset.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a HR Advisor, you'll support a high-performance culture by working closely with the business in managing employee relations matters and be responsible for project managing and rollout of cyclical people processes for Oceania.
Employment relations matters include:
- Probation 
- Performance management 
- Ill health - supporting with workers compensation and salary continuance claims 
- Providing ER advice and guidance to leaders 
- Supporting Employee Relations Managers with complex employee relations matters
Project Management initiatives include:
- Annual Performance and Remuneration Review 
- EY People Pulse 
- Upward feedback process 
- Acquisition Due Diligence 
- Team process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives 
- Other whole firm Talent initiatives
**What we're looking for** 
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor with exposure or experience in Employee Relations 
- Ability to influence and partner with business leaders at all levels of the organisation 
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements 
- Remaining up to date with any relevant employee relations amendments and emerging matters including, but not limited to case law, legislation and award changes 
- Demonstrated ability to provide practical and effective solutions to complex problems 
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
