About the Role:
The Assistant Store Business Manager will support the Store Business Manager in our David Jones Concession pad with all aspects of the business, creating a VIP standard of service to our customers that sits above the rest.
Responsibilities:
* Offer an unparalleled store and styling service that emphasizes customer satisfaction, seeking to garner return clientele.
* Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and the team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
* Support all day to day in‑store operations.
About You:
Our managers lead from the front and set clear expectations for how to reach in‑store goals, as well as supporting others in their growth within Calibre. Our ideal candidate will also have:
* Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer.
* A thorough understanding of all KPIs.
* Professional and results‑focused leadership style.
* The ability to problem‑solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear.
* Adaptability to change.
