This customer-facing role will enable you to further develop invaluable skills in the day-to-day running of our Mackay yard.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Timely, competant and professional customer serviceCompletion of payments in accordance with customer trading termsAccurate record keeping in line with company requirementsMaintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and recordsProviding administrative support to the Yard ManagerDemonstrating a high focus on safety and commitment to EHS policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria
High level of customer servicePrevious experience handling accounts and invoicing Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)Reliable and efficient team playerGood communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable Criteria
Cash management experienceExperience in Weighbridge roles or similar positionKnowledge and experience with SAP programs
