About the Role
As an Apprentice Spare Parts Interpreter, you'll learn how to:
- Identify and source genuine and aftermarket spare parts and accessories for high-end European vehicles
- Assist technicians with timely parts delivery to ensure efficient workshop operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using specialized parts management software
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding part availability and compatibility
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, parts catalogues, and technical schematics
- Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face
- Stock control and storage management processes
This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you'll gain formal training through a registered training organization.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in automotive parts and vehicles
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance workplace
- Completion of Year 10 (or equivalent); driver’s license preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship

- Honesty and integrity in your work
