We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director of Service.
This role requires a high degree of initiative and confidentiality and involves being the primary point of contact for the Office.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing executive support in a senior management environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan, organise and work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the Executive Director of Service
* Offer secretarial and administrative assistance
* Be the primary point of contact for the Office
