About the Opportunity:
Lucas Restaurants is looking for FOH Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Bar Managers, to join our growing team.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
o Must have restaurant or bar management experience
o Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
o Exceptional service skills and guest focus
o Solid understanding of management practices
o Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
o Proven ability in building effective relationships
o Organisational and time management skills
o Strong business acumen
o Understanding of financial budgets/targets
o Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
o Excellent communication and presentation
o Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
