Director of Finance Role
Loreto College is seeking a seasoned financial leader to join its community as Director of Finance. The successful candidate will have expertise in strategic financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic financial planning and analysis to inform decision-making.
* Delivering high-quality reporting and analysis to support the Principal, Business Manager, and Board.
* Oversight and hands-on contribution across all financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting functions.
* Leading the finance team to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant financial services while building capability and accountability.
* Driving process improvement, digital innovation, and automation of financial systems and processes.
* Building strong relationships across the college community and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
