In this part-time position, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive administrative support to research higher degree (RHD) students within the School of Graduate Research. You will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative systems designed to enhance support services, streamline processes, and minimise administrative burden.

Position Requirements
Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems, for example, TRIM, FinanceOne, StudentOne, MS Office Suite and Moodle and business support software including word processing, spreadsheeting, database systems and email.
Knowledge, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge, about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma with at least two years subsequent relevant work experience and/or education/training. (Desirable)
