* Library Experience In this dynamic, people-first role, you will: Lead, support, and inspire three teams focused on customer service, programming, children and youth, and community engagement. Drive digital literacy and lifelong learning initiatives. Align budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver impactful programs. Contribute to the library's strategic growth through policy implementation and process improvement. Coordinator – Library Resources In this innovation-focused leadership role, you will: Oversee our Collections, Technology, and Local History teams. Lead projects that preserve Waverley's past while embracing future technologies. Enhance customer satisfaction through engaging collections and services. Collaborate on exciting initiatives aligned with our Library Operational Plan. What's on offer? Agile working opportunities Competitive salary : $ 104,864.69 - $ 120,594.38
